Imaginisce: Piece it together April challenge

Imagine this at Imaginisce:  a paper piecing challenge!  Right up my alley isn't it?  Here are the rules:  "Create at least one paper pieced element  on your project and use at least 75% Imaginisce products."  I paper pieced Riley's airplane with Imaginisce "I Dig Dinos" paper and I pieced Riley & his banner with white card stock.
I even decorated the inside with Imaginisce "Primordial Ooze", Imaginisce "I Dig Dinos", and white card stock.  The birthday hat and shadow is cut from my "Sweet Treats" cricut cartridge.  The top of the party hat has an Imaginisce glam rock.

Supplies:
Imaginisce double-sided "I Dig Dinos" 12x12
Imaginisce double-sided "Primordial Ooze" 12x12 (both sides used)
Imaginisce i-rock tool
Imaginisce glam rock
Cricut "Sweet Treats" cartridge
EAD Stickerz sentiment
EK Success/SU! circle punches, border punches, white card stock, chocolate chip ink (distressing), ribbon
Making Memories black mini brads and jute (connecting airplane & banner)
copic markers
Hanna Stamps
American Crafts "Hello Sunshine" (cloud paper)

Very cute, even the inside! I was not sure what they meant by "paper piecing" so I did not attempt this one.

Holy majoly!! That is stupendously cool! The paper piecing is awesome!! And OF COURSE I love the decorate inside! Paper piecing, well, I just love it, it creates one of the coolest looks ever! Did you happen to catch the GinaK technique video of creating a really elegant background with wax paper and a hot iron? I need to try that!!

Riley is one of my favorite character stamps, and you presented him so well. Great use of the paper; it fits the theme.

Hi June, hope you are well sweetie!!
Thanks for your lovely comment, it wasn't a typical Heather card, but I'm practicing very hard. Love your card, those spotty papers are gorgeous and Riley flying amongst the clouds is so cute, great paper piecing.
hugs
